Memberships

All memberships are family memberships and include children up to the age of 23. Golf membership privileges include unlimited golf, use of pickleball courts and all club house amenities.

  • $15,000 Non-refundable Initiation Fee + Tax

    Monthly Dues: $525 + Tax

    Golf Activity Fee: $300 annually

    If a homeowner decides to sell their property located in either of the subdivisions adjacent to Honky Tonk National, the Homeowner Membership may be transferred with the sale of the home at the member/seller’s discretion. Homeowner Memberships may only be transferred one time. Upon closing, the Buyer is guaranteed membership, regardless of the current membership occupancy. The transfer is contingent with all Riverwatch/Mountain Harbour property being the Buyer’s primary residence. The Buyer will not owe initiation upon transfer; however, monthly and annual dues will apply.

  • $10,000 Non-refundable Initiation Fee

    Monthly Dues: $300 + Tax (per family)

    Includes one golf round per month for up to four players (guests pay $91.12 + Tax)
